Each individual may hold only one active Account on the gn168 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

gn168's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their IDR Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gn168's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by gn168's gross negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
gn168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the Member's IDR Wallet will be refunded to the Member's most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days of the closure confirmation.

Your continued use of the gn168 Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
